Peter Willinger has 20+ years of experience as CFO of private and publicly listed companies. During this time, he managed numerous transactions such as IPO, M&A and fundraising and directed the human resources, legal/IP, quality assurance, investor and public relations and corporate development departments. He is responsible for investor relations, strategic positioning, corporate development and overseeing M&A activities in CanVirex. He holds a degree in business administration from the DHBW Mannheim.
